Winter in Virginia Beach

Here's the view this morning...



Yes, it is snowing in Virginia Beach today. In fact, it's 7:30 AM now and they expect this to continue throughout the day. Sadly, Cullen will not get to enjoy it (and we won't get to enjoy him enjoying it)...he's visiting St. Louis right now where they have bitter cold without snow.



So to my Michigan family, I guess this removes the two reasons you had to visit me: Cullen and good weather.

Cullen's Computer

Not Cullen's actually, but he had such a fun time playing with it when we took dinner to a friend's house. Thank you Aidan for sharing your computer! We here in southeastern Virginia are anxiously awaiting the weather to warm up to something reasonable!

Merry Christmas, everyone! We had a quiet Christmas morning here at Shomo Southeast. Well, not completely quiet, as Cullen played with a rather loud train that his grandma and grandpa sent his way. It may not look loud, but it is!

While he likes his firetruck, we also catch him watching TV once in a while. He deserves a little down time... but it's purely educational programming!

He likes to draw with his Magna Doodle. He's getting pretty good at it!

He's actually keeping quite busy these days. These were just a few pictures we were able to squeeze in, since he's usually on the go!
