Cullen has new inspiration to get up each morning...



It's Aunt Lisa! She came in on Thursday. Cullen was surprised that there was yet another woman in his life, and rumor has it he still two more aunts to meet, another grandma, and even a great grandma! Not to mention some other "ladies in waiting."

Look Ma, no cord

We are celebrating today the loss of Cullen's cord stump, FINALLY! These things are allegedly supposed to fall off after 2 weeks but Cullen wanted to hang on to his a little (or a lot) longer -- he must have been talking to Judah about the benefits of this... I see none. We are celebrating because now Cullen can have a real bath instead of a silly "sponge bath". He has made it through exactly one sponge bath without crying... we are hoping a real bath will be more acceptable to him :-)

Cullen likes to make fists. Not sure why -- he has powers of persuasion far more effective than physical force!

Now here's the three week (22 days) shot:


The difference isn't quite as pronounced since Cullen was wrapped for that first picture. But it seems to me that either the bear is getting skinnier or Cullen's getting bigger...

Cullen is learning to travel. In fact, he seems most content when he's in his car seat or stroller. Which is good, because he's not the only one in the family that likes to get around!

Cullen attended his first wedding yesterday. He was very well behaved at the reception, though a little more rambunctious during the ceremony. I suppose we'll have to try to get that reversed at some point!
