She enlisted Smarty in this burgeoning branch of the Coast Guard, and they actually did keep a windsurfer from coming back to shore! A little funny, a little embarrassing. We eventually granted clearance.

Dogs win.
They always do.
That was a fun day. It wasn't as gray and dreary as it appears on video, but it was super windy and there were many windsurfers out. The dogs were going completely nuts (not really captured well on video either).
